In this video from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCFj5HES0-944pC-tjA16XqQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Travel + Leisure YouTube channel<\/a>, Jillian Vose, the beverage director and bar manager of The Dead Rabbit, shows you how to mix up the best Irish coffee of your life.<br \/>\nStart by filling a six-ounce glass with an ounce and a 1\/4 of blended Irish whiskey. Next\u2014and this is key\u2014blend some sugar with your hot coffee <em>before <\/em>you pour it into your glass with the whiskey in it. Then whip some cold, unsweetened cream (30% to 35% fat content) with a protein shaker bottle, and use it to top off your coffee.
